2. Overview

We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it only in accordance with the GDPR and the applicable Cypriot data protection law (Law 125(I)/2018).

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and does not show advertising. Fonts and all other files are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to font or content providers such as Google when you visit the site. For this reason, no cookie banner is required.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information that your browser transmits, in so-called server log files:

IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring website, browser type and version, and operating system.

This data is required to deliver the website securely and reliably, and to detect and prevent misuse and attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are stored only for a short period and are then deleted automatically.

Hostinger processes this data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

4. Contact form

If you send us a message via the contact form, we process the data you enter (name, email address, company or brand if provided, and your message) in order to answer your inquiry and, where applicable, to prepare an offer or a contract.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and, for general inquiries, our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To deliver the form to our inbox, we use the form service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Your entries are transmitted to FormSubmit and forwarded by email to our mailbox. FormSubmit may process data outside the EU. Our mailbox is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Gmail).

We delete your inquiry as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected — usually once your inquiry has been fully dealt with — unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. under tax or commercial law) require us to keep it longer.

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer your request. The legal basis and retention period are the same as for the contact form (section 4).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access (Art. 15) — to know what data we hold about you.
Rectification (Art. 16) — to have incorrect data corrected.
Erasure (Art. 17) — to have your data deleted.
Restriction of processing (Art. 18).
Data portability (Art. 20).
Objection (Art. 21) — you may object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests.
Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3)) — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

8. Encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by “https://” and the lock icon in your browser's address bar.
